Nurse Advise Line

The nurse advice line is ready to answer your health questions 24 hours a day – everyday of the year. It is staffed with Registered Nurses. These nurses have spent lots of time caring for people. Now they are ready and eager to help you.

How can our nurse advice line help me?

  • Find a Primary Care Provider (PCP)
  • Determine the best place to go for care – that could be your PCP, the ER or somewhere else
  • Schedule transportation
  • And more!

Not sure if you need to go to the emergency room?

Sometimes you may not be sure if you need to go to the emergency room (ER). Call 1-855-694-HOME (4663). They can help you decide if you have an emergency. If you have an emergency, go directly to the nearest hospital ER, even if it is not in the Home State network, or you can call 911. When you have questions, call the nurse advice line.

  • It’s at no cost to you
  • It’s simple
  • It’s fast

The nurse advice line staff speak English and Spanish. If you do not speak English or Spanish, please ask for a translator.
