Diversity & Translation Services
Home State knows the value and contributions of our community. Diversity makes us who we are. It represents all the ways we are uniquely different. To better help you, Home State provides diversity and cultural support services. Home State also gives you resources. The Home State provider directory notes providers who are accessible by ADA standards.
Interpreter services are provided at no cost to Home State members during any service or grievance process. This includes sign language. Home State can help translate health coverage benefits. Home State can also help translate available services. If you need something translated into another language than English, please call Home State. We can also provide things in other formats. This includes formats like Braille, CD or large print. If you need an interpreter at your medical appointment, contact Home State seven days before your appointment. We will arrange for one to be at your appointment.
